With a B.Tech in Food Technology and over six years of experience in the food industry, I gained deep insights into the impact of processed foods on our health. This realization became a turning point in my journey — I chose to shift from creating packaged food to nurturing real health from within.
Driven by this purpose, I pursued professional certifications in Yoga and Dietetics, blending ancient wisdom with modern nutritional science. Today, through my programs and workshops, I aim to guide others toward sustainable wellness — where food, movement, and mindfulness come together to create a harmonious life.
